Faulty Goods
Due to the nature of some of our products certain materials such as ceramics and glass can get damaged in transit. Therefore, you must thoroughly inspect your goods for damage on the day of delivery, and notify us of any damages preferably, by emailing a picture of the fault to returns@bathroomcashandcarry.co.uk within 24 hours of the delivery. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 24 hours.
Once we have seen inspected the damage on the picture we will arrange for a replacement. If we are unable to replace your faulty item, you we be refunded in full for your item, and where applicable the delivery cost.
Changed Your Mind?
We accept refunds and exchanges as long as the goods are unused and the there is no damage to the packaging. You have 7 days from delivery to inform us of a change of mind. Simply email returns@bathroomcashandcarry.co.uk and state whether you wish to have an exchange or refund.
Please note to exchange a product, you will be charged for the collection and delivery of the replacement item.
For a refund, you will incur a 20% restocking fee of the selling price and a collection fee should wish for us to arrange for the collection. For large pallet deliveries, please be aware that the costs to return the item will be considerably higher than what you paid for delivery. Otherwise it is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in a re-saleable condition. We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods are not returned to us in a re-saleable condition no refund will be made. Please note when returning the item that you must not write our address all over the packaging as we will be unable to re-sell the item. We make refunds immediately. However it can sometimes take longer for the refund to show in your account. If you paid through PayPal the refund will return to PayPal and you will need to draw it down to your account from Paypal. If you have not had the money credited after 7 working days then please email us returns@bathroomcashandcarry.co.uk for help.
