‘NEXT DAY DELIVERY’ - Delivery Lead Time Information before I place the Order?

If you choose and pay for ‘NEXT DAY DELIVERY’.

For Delivery Lead times for ‘NEXT DAY DELIVERY’, only orders placed before 12 Noon, Monday to Friday shall be considered for Next Working Business Day Delivery.

Orders placed on Friday before Noon, based on ‘NEXT DAY DELIVERY’, delivery day is Monday.

When will my goods be despatched?

All delivery times quoted are based on your goods leaving the warehouse, and NOT from the time you place your order and payment being cleared.

Do you deliver to my area?

We can only deliver goods to an address that has a UK Mainland Postcode. Unfortunately, If your required delivery address does not have a UK Mainland Postcode we will be unable to process your order.

When do you deliver?

Standard delivery times are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Weekend deliveries can sometimes be arranged at an extra cost.

Who can sign for a delivery?

The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody over the age of 18 needs to be there until 6.00pm on the day of delivery. If the delivery is to a communal building (e.g. a block of flats) you should be aware that, the carrier company drivers will not carry heavy loads on their own and they will need to see identification before leaving the goods.

How much does delivery cost?

If you want your goods to be handled efficiently then there is a small price. We reassure you that even if you add the charge to the products the prices here are still cheaper than anywhere else. The delivery cost will depend on what you order and where the items are being delivered to.

Who delivers?

Bathroomcashandcarry.co.uk use a number of trusted couriers. The courier used will depend on what you order and where the items are being delivered to. You will be e-mailed with the consignment number and carrier details once your order has been despatched so you can track your delivery on-line or by phone. For items being delivered on a pallet you will be contacted by the courier company on the number you provide us before they are about to deliver your goods.
